Hailo is a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver-partners offering passenger transport. Hailo does not own vehicles or employ drivers.

Your responsibilities
- You must be 18+ to register and use Hailo.
- Provide accurate identity, phone & payment details.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Notify us within 24 hours of unauthorised access.
3 · Fares & payments
Fares are calculated using distance, time, and applicable taxes (CGST + SGST). Hailo charges no demand-based premiums · fares are upfront and locked at booking. Promotional credits apply per offer-specific terms.
All amounts are billed in INR.
